AU Unauthorised porting

The unauthorised porting of numbers is increasingly a problem in Australia. 

In order to protect our customers from unauthorised porting, an additional verification process will be used to verify the identity of the person making a porting request prior to the mobile number being ported. 

If you suspect that your mobile number has been fraudulently ported, you should immediately report the activity to the Australian Federal Police or your State or Territory Police authority and you should report the activity to Scamwatch at www.scamwatch.gov.au. 

You should also report the matter to 1GLOBAL customer services, so that we can investigate the activity.
